Penstock & Steel Liners

GMW have designed, fabricated, supplied, erected, tested and commissioned Penstock and Steel Liners for different Hydro-electric Projects on turnkey basis.
Penstock Steel Liners of diameter up to 3500 mm having bifurcation, trifurcation, bends and all special fittings have been fabricated and erected successfully by us.
Depending upon the actual project requirement we design, manufacture and install pressure conduits both as exposed and underground (inclined / straight) penstocks.
Today, we have capacity to handle up to 50 mm thickness plate and our technicians have masterminded welding of special steel requiring rigorous quality control.
For workshop fabricated pieces each of the spools is welded using fully automated SMAW to enhance quality and productivity.
